Ukraine has fulfilled in a month all the conditions for which it was given four months and is now waiting for a positive vote from the European Union, Dmytro Kuleba has said.
He is also going to meet with the foreign minister of Hungary, whose country is blocking Ukraine’s accession to the EU and the allocation of aid to it.
