Fifa’s new World Cup cash-grab: Fans could buy a winner’s ring for $150k

This Sunday, Spain and Argentina will hit the New York New Jersey Stadium turf — natural grass, in a nice change of pace — to battle it out for the FIFA World Cup Trophy; there will be something else on the line this time.

World Cup winners to receive Super Bowl-style rings

The championship rings are part of a limited-edition collection of 2,026 individually numbered pieces commemorating the 2026 tournament.

The rings will feature a mini World Cup trophy, diamonds, and sapphires, with 30 made for the winning team and 1,996 available for fans.
